I am trying to get data from Holley DTSD545S 3-phase smart meter using Lora mesh wireless transmitter. To get data I used RS-485 and Gurux GXDLMSDirector. Unfortunately, I can't get data and don't know how it works. Should i use other software to get data? Do you have any advice?

Hi,
I believe that your meter is using WRAPPER when you communicate with Lora. Try to change the interface to WRAPPER. The correct settings should be described in the meter documentation.

Thanks for your response. I changed the interface to Wrapper but "Failed to receive reply from the device in given time " error appeared. When I am change the interface to HDLC it will connect but can't get data. It is loading as "connecting object" so long.
