Failed to connect to E570 Landis+Gyr meter with Gurux

Hi my friend, I have an electric meter landisgyr E570 serie2 firmware V84.10.12 and I use GURUX DLMS DIRECCTOR to read data with optical probe
but when I try to connect with optical probe it says "device not reply"
can you please reply to me I really need your help thanks

Hi,

One of your settings is invalid. First select Landis+Gyr as a manufacturer, now you have selected Elster. Try to connect first without authentication (None).

Then try to change the Interface type from HDLC to HdlcWithModeE.
