Can you read the meter with an optical probe? The optical sensor cable should point straight down.
Try to change the address type from serial number to Default when connecting with an optical probe.
Thanks for the answer, I managed to connect to the meter via usb rs485, I used those parameters in the pictures, but I could only read the serial number of the meter, but I need to read the active energy, but the obis code is not in the list of obis codes, I need to read this obis code 16.8.0 active energy help me how can i add obis code so i can read active energy meter model hxf 300
Active energy should be found under register objects, not data objects. Try to find it there.
All the objects that you can access with current access rights are shown on the left side of the application.
