Hi guys,
I was trying to use the DLMSDirector to access a CEWE Prometer W via Terminal.
If I try to connect to the meter without any authentication I can download the DLMS/COSEM configuration but I only get the following values:
0.0.40.0.1.255
0.0.42.0.0.255
1.1.0.2.0.255
If, on the other hand, I try to log in with authentication to access for example at the load profiles, I do not get any response to the AARQ request.
I tried all of the following combinations of security and client address but never got a response:
Low security: Client address: 0x18, Password: ABCD0002
Low security: Client address: 0x20, Password: ABCD0001
High security: Client address: 0x30, Password: 0x333333333333333333333333EAADD66F
High security: Client address: 0x40, Password: 0x343434343434343434343434EAADD66F
High security: Client address: 0x50, Password: 0x353535353535353535353535EAADD66F
Only those values are available when you connect without any authentication. You need to use a higher authentication level. Our clients are reading CEWE Prometer meters, so check your parameters.
If I remember correctly, Low security was used with CEWE Prometer 100 meters last summer and it worked without problems. Remember to change the client address.
Hi Mikko,
I have tried all the combinations that are indicated in the DLMSDirector configuration tutorial but without any success.
Could you send me the xml configuration that you use successfully in the DLMSDirector that at least I test with that?
Thank you
I asked and those are the settings to use, but the meters are CEWE Prometer 100. Are you getting any reply from the meter? If not, the client address is wrong. You need to check the correct client address from the meter documentation.
Hi Mikko,
I restarted to working on CEWE integration again!
I found the correct client address: 0x18 - physical server: 1 and logical server 0!
I sent this SNRM request:
7E A0 07 03 41 93 5A 64 7E
And I received this UA response correctly from the meter
7E A0 1E 41 03 73 8E 7F 81 80 12 05 01 80 06 01 80 07 04 00 00 00 01 08 04 00 00 00 01 53 3B 7E
I therefore responded with the following AARQ request to which however I cannot get a response as if the password ABCD0001 was not recognised:
7E A0 40 03 41 10 5F 93 E6 E6 00 60 32 A1 09 06 07 60 85 74 05 08 01 01 8A 02 07 80 8B 07 60 85 74 05 08 02 01 AC 06 80 04 31 3 2 33 34 BE 10 04 0E 01 00 00 00 06 5F 1F 04 00 62 1E 5D FF FF 95 34 7E
I tried again, also with Low security: Client address: 0x18, Password: ABCD0002 without having any changes.
This is a small capture trace on M-Cubed software:
// SNRM
