Hello.
I have a meter where time offset is 3 hours. I simulated a voltage drop lasting several seconds at 11:03 UTC (14:03 time of the meter). I tried to request events in the range from 14:00 to 15:00, but the profile turned out to be empty. But when I requested data in the range from 11:00 to 12:00, I received 2 events, with the clock object showing 14:03. What setting should be applied so that the data is returned according to the time of the meter?

Hi,

Hi,

If you read the clock on the meter is the time zone the same as your time zone or is it negative (-3:00)?
Try to select "Use UTC time zone, not DLMS standard" from the Advanced tab in the device settings.
I hope it helps.

Hi,

Hi,

Try to select "Ignore Time zone and" from the meter settings. It might be that the meter can't handle deviation when the profile generic is read.

Because the difference is the same as your time zone it also might be that the meter can handle only UTC time zone when the profile generic is read. Ask if there is a firmware update available for the meter.

Same result when I tried to

Same result when I tried to ignore timezone. It looks like you are right that meter cannot handle deviation. I need to keep it in mind. Thanks
