Hi,
I connect to a meter with authentication=HLS, services=get, set, getblocktransfer, serblocktransfer etc, I can connect successfully and read all parameters. But, if I add Generalblocktransfer to the services, I can still connect successfully; but when I try to read any parameter, Gurux sends plain text to the meter, without encrypting it. Log is given below:-

Hi,

Hi,

You need to set correct settings fo the "Secured Connections" tab when you create a new device.

You need to change following settings:
Set Security to AuthenticationEncryption.
Set system title, authentication key, and block cipher key.

Mikko

Hi,

Hi,
I have already set correct settings and I am able to connect and read with authentication and encryption. But, the problem comes when I add General block transfer in the services. After that when I connect it shows connected. But when I read clock object it sends plain text to meter instead of encrypted. But, if I remove the General block transfer service, it sends ciphered text and gets the correct response.

Hi,

Hi,

I just verify this and you are right. We have broken this at some point. We'll fix this ASAP.
Testing will take a few days, but we'll try to release the next version during this week.

Mikko
