I'm trying to read the Server Ip address from the meter. It always gave me an error " Error occurred Access Error: Device reports an undefined object. "

This is how I read.
GXDLMSTcpUdpSetup ipRegister = new GXDLMSTcpUdpSetup("1.0.25.1.0.255");
byte[] data = dlms.read(ipRegister, 2);
readDLMSPacket(data, reply);

Below is the bytes are sent from my server.

My problem is very small and basic for the Smart meter perspective. When the meter connects to my server it starts connection by sending handshaking request. So, my server read all the basic parameter like reading energy, load profile, load profile time interval, etc.

After 5 or 10 minutes when I try to read some value from the meter it did not send me the correct bytes. I asked the same question to my meter manufacturer, he said, you have to send handshaking request when you need to read meter parameters.

I'm successfully able to read load profile time interval with profile generic.

Now I want to write the new time interval of profile generics. I know we have to use write function for when to write something to meter.

That's how I managed, but one thing I'm facing difficulty where do I add the actual time interval value.

I am trying to connect to the meter with HLS ECDSA authentication. While trying to connect the same I am getting no mechanism name in the request shown in xml form.

I have added to the Maven xml file the dependencies for version 2.1.7.

When build the project, Maven output shows the following error:

Uncompilable source code - Erroneous sym type: gurux.dlms.GXReplyData.getStreaming

does I miss some step?

I am using DLMS java client. I want to know that is it possible to add new feature in dlms. Like currently we are communicating using serial and wiffi connection...but what if i want to communicate using url.

Actually i am facing some problem...for communication using url i want to use some dlms method directly in a new class in new package without setting any properties. But i am unable to access that because of invisibility and without setting properties i can't go ahead.

So please tell me if any suggestion.

I am using the GuruX library in my midlet project running on Java7. But, this gives me too many syntax errors due to the higher version of Java used in GuruX library, upon resolving of which we get an error called preverification error of all functions which have been used in GuruX libraries.
Can you please help in resolving this ?
