I am trying to use GXDLMSGateway to make my DLMS server simulator work with Gateway Protocol.
Apparently is as simple as just fill physicial device address and network id inside the Settings of GxdlmsServer :

I'm using ANSI C Library.

When reading Profile Generic ALL entry for below mention obis code, getting below mentioned error from ANSI C library.
ProfileGeneric 1.0.99.1.0.255:2
read entry: ALL

Getting below error after few responses from meter (sometime after 150 meter responses, and sometime after 15-20 meter responses):
"ReadObject failed ProfileGeneric 1.0.99.1.0.255:2 Not enough memory available."

Can you plz provide me helpful details?

if possible, i need some help from you. I need to collect the profile load from a Landis Gyr E650 using terminal connection (line phone).
I have already successfully tested on GXDLMSDirectory and everything is OK, but i really need some help, maybe a sample code, with the steps that i need:

1) create a meter object with connection settings and connect to meter

2) make the profile read call using start and end datetime

3) dissconnect from meter

I have read the following link about secured connections:

From that info, I deduce that the GuruX C# library will be able to do symmetric key transport encryption, but not using asymetric keys. From the link, it seems asymetric encryption is only implemented in Java, as the C# examples at the bottom (under the "Asymetric cryptography" section) is empty, and just says "C# is not support this at the moment".

I'm trying to use the "-i" command line parameter to talk to a Landis+Gyr E650. In the code, it seems to correctly set the 300 bauds speed, but then doesn't seem to send the "/?!<CR><LF>" handshake like GuruxDLMSDirector does.

Could you confirm this is not supported yet?

Hi,
I have this general doubt, will scalar change at any point if the value starts increasing.

For example : 7E A0 16 41 03 52 DD AA E6 E7 00 C4 01 81 00 02 02 0F FE 16 1B 12 7A 7E
In the above example scalar is 100. If values starts increasing, will it change.
If it wont change is it a good idea to extract all scalars and keep it in data base and just get values and multiply it on server side.

When using ECDSA in DLMS communication, the data needs to be compressed, but I haven't found the compression and decompression algorithm in the latest C # language source code, haven't I found it? Or open source has not yet implemented this algorithm?

If it is open source and has not implemented compression algorithm, do you have any plans? If so, when will it be made public.

I'm trying to read single OBIS instead of read the whole association view. In GXDLMSReader.py, I did modify the codes like this:
