We are currently reading various Iskra and Landis & Gyr meters with your software.
This week we upgraded from V7 to V8.1 of the software, and some measurements do not seem to be retrieved correctly.
I have tried retrieving a load profile (1.0.99.1.0.255) from the Landis & Gyr S650. The load profile is setup as follows: http://imgur.com/QuUnYHq
It has various registers that it keeps 5 minute values of. When we read it with Gurux V8.1, some registers in the profile do not get read out correctly.
You can see that most values are read correctly. For instance the registers 1.1.31.7.0.255, 1.1.51.7.0.255, 1.1.71.7.0.255, 1.1.91.7.0.255 are read correctly (the scaler is 0,01)
However 1.1.2.8.0.255 is not correctly read. It should have read: 682488,9 Wh (or 682,4887 kWh). This actually was working in the older version of DLMS (7).
When we retrieve the register directly, it is also parsed incorrectly. The same problem occurs. Could you help us with this issue? What is causing it?
Just an update for other people who are having issues like this and found this topic. I have send GuruX data of my meter. They are investigating the issue. Looking forward to their findings.
We have updated new version today where we have improved HDLC parser and
that should handle your problems.
Please, let me know if you still have issues.
Today I have done a small test with 8.1.0.9 version from Nuget (released today), it did not fix our problem. I also see a new version of GuruXDirector that according to the description that is based on 8.0.0.17 but released today.
Should we test with the new Director version or with the new Gurux.DLMS.Net version, or with both?
Thank you for your help. I have cleared the log and then read the register. The following log was found:

This was done via GXDirector 8.0.0.17, which you released on 22-4-2016.
I have done this again and the parsed value is pasted below, with the logging again.
If it would help you, I can put in a sim-card with a public ip-address so you can test this device. I will send you the specifics by email.
