Bonjour j'ai besoin de vôtre aide pour résoudre ce problème. J'utilise le compteur SmartEsox de APATOR . vous trouverez ci-joint une capture affichant mes paramètres de connexion. J'obtient l'adresse IP grâce à la carte SIM qui est dans le concentrateur de données. Lorsque j'essaie de lire le compteur à partir du concentrateur J'obtient l'erreur "Failed to receive reply from the device in given time". et j'obtient la trame suivante :
16:25:28 Send SNRM request.
TX: 7E A0 0A 00 00 4A D7 21 93 DC 42 7E
16:25:33 Data send failed. Try to resend 1/3
16:25:38 Data send failed. Try to resend 2/3
16:25:43 Failed to receive reply from the device in given time.
16:25:43 Send Disconnect request.
TX: 7E A0 0A 00 00 4A D7 21 53 D0 84 7E
16:25:48 Data send failed. Try to resend 1/3
16:25:53 Data send failed. Try to resend 2/3
16:25:58 Failed to receive reply from the device in given time.

Hello,

One of your settings differs from what the meter expects. You need to ask for the correct settings from the meter manufacturer.

Bonsoir Kurumi, merci pour votre réponse . J'ai demandé au fabriquant et il a refusé de me donner les bons paramètres . Les éléments corrects que j'ai sont l'adresse ip , le numéro de série et le port.

Il y'a aussi une authentification GMAC et j'ai les clés d'authentification. Mais je voulais me connecter en public. Lorsque j'utilise l'infra rouge j'arrive à me connecter et à lire les données en public ou avec l'authentification . Mais lorsque j'utilise le concentrateur je n'arrive pas à me connecter.

Hello,

Support from meter manufacturers is sometimes poor.

Try to change the interface from DLMS to WRAPPER.
Try to change the address type from SerialNumber to Default and set the server physical address to 1.

After you can establish the connection without authentication, it's possible to try with GMAC.

Bonjour Kurumi, Merci pour votre réponse. J'ai deux concentrateurs

-concentrateur 1 composé de deux compteurs
-concentrateur 2 composé d'un seul compteur

Lorsque je test avec le concentrateur 2 je réussi à me connecter et à lire les données avec WRAPPER et l'adresse du server 1 , mais quand je test avec le concentrateur 1 la connexion échoue et le message d'erreur est "Failed to receive reply from the device in given time".

Hello,

I believe that the reason for the failure is that you have two devices in the concentrator.
When there is only one device the concentrator can route the messages.

I believe that you need to use the meter serial number as the meter address. I don't know how that is implemented for the concentrator. You need to ask it from the manufacturer of the concentrator.

I believe if this works with concentrator 2, it will start to work with concentrator 1 as soon as the meter address is correct.

Hi,

The problem is that it's not defined on DLMS standard how the serial number is mapped to the server address. Manufacturers are using different ways to count it.
It should be on the concentrator documentation. If not, you need to ask it from the concentrator manufacturer. Only they know how it's counted.
