I am getting Failed to receive reply from the device in given time. when i am trying to connect with com-port and and getting Connection is permanently rejected. Authentication failure. on HDLC Address resolver . i am stuck and unable to connect please help .

Hi,

HDLC address resolver shows that you are using the optical probe. Try to change the interface type from HDLC to HdlcWithModeE.
