Hi Guys,

I'm new here, I'm having issues connecting to and edmi via tcp/ip.

The host ip and the port are 100%

I'm getting an error "failed to receive information in time"

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi,

We have only serial port versions from EDMI so I can't check this.

First, check your interface type. Try to change it to the WRAPPER if it's HDLC.
Then try to change the client and server address to 1.

After your settings are correct the meter should reply.
