I'm having trouble connecting my Landis+Gyr Meter using the GXDLMSDirector.
I'm sure my properties are correctly configured but when i try to connect I get an error saying The Frame was not Fully received. How can I fix this?

This is when I try connecting with low authentication. I noticed that when I connect with no authentication I can reach my meter, but after I click the window to get the association view, a window pops up saying read and write access denied. Is this due to my access level?
Even if I can't get the full frames on the dlmsdirector will I be able to use the GXDLMS client to get meter values?
my goal is to get readings from the meter and then store them, can I do this using my meter and GXLDMSClient? if not do you have any tips on how I can accomplish this.
It seems that this meter is removed from the Landis+Gyr web page. At least I can't find it. Do you have a link for the meter on the Landis+Gyr web page?
Please find the link below. I have the E460S meter but I'm quite sure the only difference is that my meter is more configurable (Where the normal E460 has some configuration limitations) https://www.landisgyr.eu/product/landisgyr-e460-1ph-din-rail/
Selecting Logical Name Referencing gives me the same result.
I have connected to this meter using Landis+Gyr's map110 software and in the setup its configured as short name referencing. Also I've tried to duplicate the settings on MAP110 as much as possible because i had a working connection there.
this is why I'm sure my properties are set correctly
It seems I've solved the problem. When connecting to my meter on the Landis+Gyr software it only works with a certain access level. I duplicated that information in the GXDLMSDirector and can now connect to my meter with no problems. My access Level was high on MAP110 but for some reason only works on GXDLMSDirector if it is low and my client address is 1.
Hi,
Hi,
Can you add a log from the bytes sent and received so I can check what is the problem? Don't add a picture from the bytes. Add plain text.

Mikko

Hi,
Hi,
Data seems to be correct and the meter should reply. What is your meter model?

Hi,
Hi,
You need to establish the connection to the meter first and now it fails without explanation.

The meter should reply. Try to check "Logical Name Referencing" from the meter settings.

Hi,
Hi,
Thanks for this information. If you send the trace from MAP110 High-level bytes I can get the correct settings for you.

Mikko
@C dV you've saved my day. I
@C dV you've saved my day. I was also connecting client address 16, changing it to 1 solved my "read-write access denied" issue.
Thanks!
