Hi,

I am trying to read the energy meter em101+ from L&T using optical cable. I could see the connection getting established in the LCD screen as well as in dlms director gui.
But when I try to read further for serial number etc I get
"ServiceError Read exception. Service Unsupported" message. Wondering what could be the problem. Any suggestions ? screen shot attached

Do I required any authentication additionally ?

One more thing,
I have tried the same using the DLMS python package in ubuntu and I could get the serial number and few additional info (but no readings yet) sharing the trace log below,

Yes I was. There was an update to the application yesterday and after that this problem is no more seen
While I am not sure what was the problem, things are working now
