we can read NINGO SANXING SMART METER with GXDLMSDirector ?

Hi,

Our clients are reading Sanxing SX meters. If your meters are supporting DLMS there should be no reason why you can't.

there is no sanxing in the manufacturer option , which one i have to use ?
and i use IEC or DLMS in start protocol ?

Hi,

You can use example with Gurux. Try without authentication first.
Our clients are reading them using TCP/IP connection so I can't say for sure but
if the meter doesn't reply change the Start protocol from DLMS to IEC.

i try with these parameters in the attached picture , but no work

below , the logs :

Hi,

Select Advanced and try to change the baud rate. The easiest is if you ask correct settings from the meter manufacturer.

That link doesn't tell anything. There is only basic info. You need to ask this from the meter vendor.

Hi,

If there is a logo, then you can read it using Gurux products. Our clients are reading Sanxing meters using TCP/IP connection. If you want to use Low authentication client address is 32 (0x20).
