We tried to read the meter with default settings, but its refuse the connection, we tried with client address 0x1, 0x10, 0x11, 0x12 but the result is the same

If you can connect without authentication there are two possibilities.
1. Password is wrong.
2. client address is wrong.
Check the password first. Someone may have changed it.
