Exception Error on reading objects

Hello,

Whenever I read any object I get an error 'ServiceError Read exception. Service Unsupported'

This is happening in HLS, LLS

What might be the problem ?

Hi,

The reason for this is usually that your client address or authentication level is wrong. What is your GXDLMSDirector version?

Hello,

Sorry I forget to add, that 'I am ABLE to connect the meter- It shows ready and connected'. It's just whenever I read any object I get the mentioned error.

The version I am using is 8.2.2006.0901

Hi,

Can you open device settings and select "Supported Services" tab and check that "Get" service is selected?
