I am able to download and access data through serial port(Optical port).
Now I want to establish a connection through TCP. I tried establishing the connection but unable to connect.
kindly help me in this regard. I am using two Static IPV6 sim cards, one in PC and one in Modem for connection establishment.

This is Windows error. The client can't make TCP/IP connection to the meter. Check your IP address and port number.
