Hi All,

Is it possible to convert NON-DLMS Energy meters to DLMS meters by using external device.
If it is possible, How the communication will be and how can we get the data from non DLMS energy meters?
what is the medium of communication?

Hi,

You can use gurux.dlms* library to make a translator that handles this. There are some products that are doing it for some protocols. Because I don't know what protocol your meter is using, I can't say if it's implemented already or do you need to make it by yourself.

You can use all communication channels. Gurux library only generates and parses the bytes.
