I am reading data from the Indian standard meter.
After some reading getting "Service Error. Initiate Error Exception. Initiate RefusedByTheVDEHandler" error message in Director.

Can you please know what could be the reason?

Dear Sir,
I use GXDLMSDirector 8.2.2206.2301. When I connect to DLMS server from DLMS director as a ManagementClient (with pre-established association using authenticated encryption Suite0), there is a hdlc-level communication, but since then the client does not send any request (whether I click on Read button on the toolbar or Read in context menu of different objects).
The only thing that client does is periodic sending of "Keep Alive" packets (which are correctly decoded and answered by server).

I tried to read data from secure sprint 350 meter using optical port,Indian standard, I was able to read few data as shown in picture. But I was not able to read energy value(kWh). Is there any way to read energy values?

We have defined one obis with write and read permission but we are still getting "acces error: device reports read-write denied" and we don't know why. This is the frame and the response:

When I start communication with device through GuruxDLMSDirector the behaviour is :
- connect to device is OK
- reading of Association view from device is OK
- when I'm trying to read object's data, no query is sent to serial line.

Having a Siemens IM350 (Wiener Netze)

Via optical customer interface i get notifications every seconds, containing meter counter and current consumption:

Now i trie to connect using DLMS Director.
Meter has printed some OBIS codes on casing - see screenshot meter_obis_codes.
But DLMS Director do not list these codes - how can i read for e.g. code 1.7.0 (current consumption) ?

I have a meter where time offset is 3 hours. I simulated a voltage drop lasting several seconds at 11:03 UTC (14:03 time of the meter). I tried to request events in the range from 14:00 to 15:00, but the profile turned out to be empty. But when I requested data in the range from 11:00 to 12:00, I received 2 events, with the clock object showing 14:03. What setting should be applied so that the data is returned according to the time of the meter?
