Hi

I have a usb optical eye and it works just fine with MAP110, licensed via Landis Gyr.

Does anyone have the settings that I can use to connect to the meter, I have used many settings from the forums and anything I can but the DLMSDirector keeps failing.

I appreciate any assistance.

reading association view is terminated by error message:
Failed to receive reply from the device in given time.
As i remember from distant past this function never was reliable. The meter type is Landis&Gyr E550, client id = 80 (Level 4). When I analyze logs i see that reading is terminated on this packet (please see last three packets):

I have a smart electric meter SM402D. I read the electricity meter via an IP modem (Wrapper). But if I need to read the electricity meter via the optical interface (Mode E). I have a problem with identification at the beginning of communication. The electricity meter has the identification "MAC" see the attachment. I didn't find support for this meter in GXDLMSDirector. Can someone help me. Thank you very much.

I'm trying to read consumer data from a Kamstrup Omnipower three-phase meter with no luck.
I'm using the HAN (CCC) port.
I can establish a connection with authentication: None and read data like S/N etc.

My goal is to be able to read the consumer/consumption data at least every second.
I have the GPK11, GPK61 and GPK62 keys for the meter. But right now I'm just trying to establish a secure connection with authentication: Low and it fails.

I am new to DLMS and so would appreciate some guidance. I have a Holley meter that I am attempting to get information from over RS-485. Using the DLMSDirector, I can connect to the meter but am getting an error when I try to read the Assosciation View with a temporary failure.
