Currenlty, I am working with gurux for 2 months. and most of the time I got a solution for my questions. but for some reason my read out of profiles are not working.

When I use The Director I do an Access Request but I get a timeout.

How i can change the meter level 1 password by using gurux dlms director ?i have the full access to meter and also its able to change the password by using meter software.meter Model is Landis+Gyr E650 -Short name referencing

Change:
In version 8.2.2103.2201, when we read 0.0.96.1.0.255 on our EMH LZQJ Dlms meter, we get the serial number as a readable string (07953704).
When we do the same thing in the latest version 9.0.2409.1701, we get the Hex representation of the serial number like this: {{{48,55,57,53,51,55,48,52}}}.

This also happens in our code, and so it breaks our check that we are talking to the correct meter.

I'm trying to connect to EDMI meter via RS232. I manage to get some system information from manufacturer but there are 2 parameter that i'm unsure. Which is systemtitle and password.

When running on guruxdirector the result is "Connection is permanently rejected. No Reason is given"

Unable to establish connection between Premier 300 meter with DLMSdirector application. RJ11 to DB9 pinout is as below and DB9 to USB converter cable(bafo make) connected to laptop
RJ11 DB9-RS232
pin 1 - pin3
pin2 - pin2
pin3 - pin5
pin4 - pin7 and 8 (shorted)

in the DLMS application software - choosing secure meters ltd, interface - HDLC, client address 17, authentication low - password: ABCD0001, address type: default, logical server 0, physical server 1, media - serial. Still unable to establish connection. Can anybody help?

Hi Mr. Kurumi, I have connected with high level security to my meter and when I try to read the clock and any other I received ...Exception response "service not allowed" exception .operation not possible.....
Why that message appear on my screen?? I have wrong settings in "secured connections" tab??

I am reading an electricity meter with the following structure:

class charge, attribute unit_charge_active, element commodity_reference with a logical_name of 1.0.15.8.0.255 (Total energy).

Reading with Gurux, in the section Commodity Reference Type, field "Target" remains empty. Expanding the field "Target", there are the only references to the Credit instances.
