Billing record Not Generated through (MD Reset IC=22->IC=9) after a power off events occur that includes the SET Schedule time.

I am USING is 15959-2 meter with Gurux DLMS Client for the case of MD Reset and Billing profile.
I am not getting any billing record through the Action schedule(ic-22) which invokes MD Reset script(ic-9) for the following case.

case: Power off event occurred which includes the SET execution time for(End-of Billing Period).
after the power restored and the set End of Billing time expired,when i am trying to read Billing profile generic,client through the message 'Insufficient Memory"

I have some following queries regarding CSR (Certificate signing request)

1. While importing the certificate (using import certificate method) , which public key is used to verify the received certificate signature ?
a. Public key of the ROOT CA which has signed this received certificate.
b. Public key which is received with the certificate.

High auth password changing

Hello, i have a problem with a high authentication level password. In AssociationLogicalName object in director i clicked "Update high password". But I forgot to input new Secret... So I`m not able to connect to the meter with "Access error: Other reason" now. Old password is not valid now.
Do you have any ideas about what can i do to solve this problem?

Metre Rejected Requested Frame.

Dear Sir,
We tested our meter with Gurux Macro Editor ,in between communication the meter
was rejected the requested frame.As per our analysis the meter rejected the requested frame
due to control octet , would you please check the given frame ( frame count is 00 00 00 7E) and clarify my doubt.

other Asso. OBIS not showing

When i connected High association (DLMS gurux C server lib.) only showing current association OBIS code. But not showing other association or low, lower association OBIS code. how to solve this?
