Bug in function var_getInt32() in GuruxDLMS-C

Hi Mikko!
In var_getInt32() calls var_clear(data); and set to DLMS_DATA_TYPE_NONE to variant type. therefore *value = 0;

Please check it.

Thank you for pointing this out. This is fixed to the version 9.0.2604.0701.
