Hello,

How can i convert OctetString to String with online tools or Gurux.DLMS.CPP?

for Example Hex is:
7E A0 1E 21 03 34 78 4C E6 E7 00 C4 01 81 00 09 0C FF FF 03 01 07 FF FF FF FF FF FF 00 8A 56 7E

and translate is:

in comment show text, but i want convert OctetString to String and String to OctetString Manually,
