Hi,

Download GXDLMSDirector and connect optical probe to the meter. Select Italian standard as manufacturer. If you have ciphering keys set them to the "Secured connections" tab. If you don't have them, set serial port settings and try to connect directly. Start protocol is with Italy meters is usually DLMS. Press connect and you should be able to read the meter.

Make sure that your meter supports Italy Standard UNI/TS 11291-1.

Hi, I try to connect this smart counter with my pc using GXDLMSDirector. But no work. Error message is "Failed to recive reply from the device in given time." How resolve it?
