Hello Gurux experts!

I am reading SamGas RSE meter via OpticalPort using DLMSDirector.
The problem is: when i read ALL values, i still get just a part of it. (11 of 70 on screenshot)
I also tried reading by range or dates, but meter returns error in both cases.
What am i missing?

Hi,

Hi,

Some Italy metes are returning an error if there is no data in the given period, but I notest that your date and time is not correct. Check that you are using the latest version from GXDLMSDirector (8.5.1904.0401).

If you are using the latest version. Select profile generic and select "Refresh" from the "File" menu.

Let me know if you still have problems.
BR,
Mikko
