I am unable to read billing profile scalars (1.0.94.91.6.255) from a device using DLMSDirector tool.

Please, don't add images. They are compressed and reading is impossible. I can't see the error message. What version you are using?
If you select the error message box and press Ctrl+C it will copy the error message to the clipboard.

In the log that you sent all the profile generics are empty. There are no capture objects.
