Hello I need to use the magnificent GXDLMSDirector in an offline system i.e. no access to internet from that machine. Is there a MSI or other offline package that I can use? Or how do I scoop up the files that is needed?

There are no offline installation packages from the Community edition. We have made some offline installation packages for our clients, but they are not public.
The easiest way is if you can build the application and then copy the files to the other PC.

Hello Mikko thank you - I have managed to get the EXE-file stuff over and that starts. But it complains by "Install Manufacrturer Settings first" and that are some other files. Where are those placed?

You can copy them from this folder:
C:\ProgramData\Gurux\OBIS
You don't need to copy all. Just those what you need is enough.
