Hi,
I'm trying to connect my DLMS meter which is made by Archmeter (Conutry: Taiwan), could you give me some suggestions of selecting one of the object in the manufacturer list, or the meter we use cannot connect with DIrector?
The picture below is my properties in Director, i had already checked for COM and closed firewall, but still can't connect with meter, i was wondering if I could use some advice from you.

You should be able to connect with those settings. Are you using TCP/IP, serial port or optical probe connection? What baud rate you are using?
