In Push notification, Is it possible that frame format can be HDLC or wrapper?
As of now, From IS15959-2 meter testing, I have seen that only the wrapper frame is received in the Push notification.
So, Can you please provide any suggestions on this.

Meter can send push notification using HDLC and WRAPPER. In IS 15959-2 meters are sending push messages using WRAPPER.
