HI Mikko,
I am using the C code of gurux client which I have compiled without ant changes and trying to test with premier300 using USB converter to RJ11, RS232 but the basic communication itself not happening. Please see the below command and the meter even though it is a three phase I have connected only single Phase to the R terminal and the neutral, have not connected any load as of now.

The problem is in most cases on the cables. Our clients have read premier300 so I know it supports DLMS.
Check your cables. You can also try with GXDLMSDirector, but I believe that the problem is on the cables.

I have got the basic connection diagram and made it but still it is failing, Please see the logs below and I tried form GuruxDLMSdirector.

I tried with different values of baud rate from 9600 8N1 to 115200 8N1 and result is same. Could you please help me to fix this. Exactly am getting the same in Rx which I sent through Tx.

1. Check your cables. This is usually the reason if communication is not working.
2. Check serial port settings.
Communicating using serial port might cause problems because the meter doesn't reply if one of the serial port settings is different.

the serial port settings are same at both end and I am sure that I have verified, I have contacted secure meter guys in order to get the wiring diagram, just to make sure. I will get back here once I get reply from them. I have asked some new question related to using C# simulator to replicate the meter. I have created new topic, please help me on that.
