Update Online Manufacturer is not working

the manufacturer update from Online is not working for very long. we have to add the manufacturer manually when installing GUrux on a new system as if there is no manufacturer defined, Gurux DLMSDirector does not load properly.

It seems an internet error, a TLS/SSL version error comes generally. Tried to change the TLS and SSL versions on my system to 1.0, 2.0, etc. but did not work.

What Windows version you are using?

using windows 7.

But this works in some older versions I have saved in my debug folder.

Hi,

Try to re-install it from Gurux downloads. There must be something in your PC because we haven't receive any other reports from this problem.
