Hello,

I need to read Load Profile in ALPHA1830 meter but I can´t find it in Profile Generic List. Only Billing Profile and Event Log are available. Is it possible to add Load Profile object in the meter? This meter is supposed to include Load Profile but is not available.

I attach a Gurux image of Profile Generic objects.

Thank you.

Hi,

Hi,

If the load profile is not in the list it's not in the connected association view. Try to connect with another association (Ex. Low or High) or different client address.

I read Association View

I read Association View several times with same configuration and now Load Profile appears in Generic Profile List.
Is there any reason why it suddendly appears now with same client and password?

Hi,

Hi,

All objects are shown when the association view is read. There is no reason why it is missing and then suddenly appears.

Hi,

Hi,

I think maybe is related to clock object... Could be possible that if time attribute in clock object is lost or date is much earlier than today (in my meter time was from 1999) this causes wrong behaviour in meter association view related to load profile and then is missed?
I think load profile appears when I update time attribute in clock object.
Thank you.

Hi,

Hi,

There is no relation between the clock object and the association view. It's always possible that there is an issue on the meter that causes this behavior.

BR,
Mikko
