Error Code : "Server HDLC address is not set"

Hello,

I'm trying to adapt client(c base) example to my code. I have a dlms meter and i can read it with your gurux director program.
I'm using addresses as Client:16 ,server:129 for public reading and it works at my code. When i passing to encryption mode im getting ""Server HDLC address is not set" at getAssociationview part.
To read objects at encryption mode im using client as 1.
Im doing same configuration from program and it works. (both public and encrypted mode )

I checked my keys and im pretty sure there is no problem at keys side.
mode is DLMS_INTERFACE_TYPE_HDLC_WITH_MODE_E
Authentication : DLMS_AUTHENTICATION_NONE
ciphering security: DLMS_SECURITY_AUTHENTICATION_ENCRYPTION
