I found a issue in indian standard mode, 15959 explained that in LLS data transfer only using the encryption, only during AA eatabishment using authentication and encryption, but now version, DLMSDirector only have select item for all the stage(means AA and data transfer). so we have below issue
in MR association. could you check the issue, thanks!

Hi,

I have IS 15959. Can you tell on what page this information is? The meter that we are using for testing is using authentication and encryption all the time.

Hi,

Only encryption is used with MR, but the meter that was used for testing is using Encryption all the time. It doesn't start with authentication and encryption and then changes to encryption.

The security Policy level is defined in the Security setup object and that security policy must be used.
Can you read the meter if you change Security from AuthenticationEncryption to Encryption?
You can change this in the "Secured Connections" tab.

Hi,
AA eatabishment must using authentication and encryption, means gurux connection must set authentication and encryption,but if connection finished ,when we need reading,the "Secured Connections" tab could not set again.

Hi,

You can't change the Security policy after the connection is established. We are reading several IS meters and your meter is different than others if your meter operates like this.

Could you add a Security policy table to config after connection established, this is more flexible. as ctt3.1
do like this: start with authentication and encryption with AA establish and then change to encryption in
data transfer(MR association).

Hi,

I'm thinking about this. In general, this is a security issue and this is the reason why this check was added.

At the moment I believe that there will be an option that ignores check of the security policy change.
