I would like to ask for help to connect and read an A1800 Elster meter with the GXDLMSDirector Tool. I already have the physical connection made, but I cannot find the appropriate configuration with the GXDLMSDisrector to access the information.
I have reviewed in the forum some spaces that deal with the subject, but they do not define a configuration to make the reading from GXDLMSDirector with the Elster A1800 as described with other meters in https://www.gurux.fi/GXDLMSDirectorExample.
I would appreciate the collaboration of the community on this issue.

Select Elster Electricity as a manufacturer and give it a try. DLMS is an option for A1800 and all meters don't support it.

I tried with the initial configuration that GXDLMSDirector shows me when I select Elster Electricity LLC, and I am trying to connect through Net. But, it did not give me a connection and later I made some variations in:
Start Protocol: DLMS, IEC.
Authentication: None, Low, High.
LN: Check, Uncheck.
ASCII: Check, Uncheck.
I still haven't been able to connect to the A1800 meter.
I would appreciate your support please.

If you can't make the connection check your IP address and port number. Also, make sure that your version is supporting DLMS.
