Hi,
I'm Trying to communicate with Itron SL7000 Meter via DLMS director. Meter is connected to my computer via serial port. I can communicate with this meter by dedicated software ACE pilot but I cannot connect via Gurux DLMS editor. I attached gurux config.
I' ve noticed that when I connect by gurux it send to meter that request:
09:45:53 Send SNRM request.
TX: 7E A0 08 02 23 03 93 3E 74 7E
09:46:13 Failed to receive reply from the device in given time.
09:46:13 Send Disconnect request.
TX: 7E A0 08 02 23 03 53 32 B2 7E
09:46:33 Failed to receive reply from the device in given time.
When I connect via Itron app it send command:

Is it possibility that newer wersion cannot be read by gurux? Do you have any ideas why it doesn't work?

Your meter is using different server address. ACE Pilot is using broadcast. Try to change Physical server address from 11 to 3FFF.

I'm trying to read profile data from the meter. I'm able to read ExtendedRegister 1.1.1.8.1.255, but I'm unable to read ProfileGeneric 0.0.99.1.2.255. Is this a known issue with this meter ? Is there an available workaround? it's not showing the 15 min period intervals and there is an unknown object.

ITRON SL7000 is using own custom way to save the data. You need to ask documentation from the meter vendor that describes this data and how you can access it.
