Hi,
Using Gurux director when I read the meter the tool is not displaying data related to profile generic like capture objects, buffer or the period. I have tried refreshing the profile generic section, whore device and also creating a new configuration. It's the same case in all situations. When I try to read any of these profile generic entries, I could see in the logs that there is communication with the meter and tool is requesting for profile generic object attribute index from 3 to 8 (not buffer) and when I do refresh on a particular profile generic entry (select the object and press f5) the capture objects are read. In all these cases the meters respond with valid values and with the translation I could see it is sending expected values but they are not reflected on the tool.
I can send you the values by email. We are using HDLC and reading the meter over an optical probe(serial).
If required I can send you the logs via email.
I have also attached a screenshot of the GXDLMSDirector.

The reason for this is that there are no capture objects. Check access rights first and why the capture objects list is empty.

There are capture objects in the meter and the meter was also responding with the capture object list when GXDirector read them(when F5 is pressed while selecting the profile generic entry). Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the issue now. I will save the Gurux file and the log if it happens next time.
