as shown in Gurux- application
{0.1, Current} {0.1, Current} {0.1, Current} {0.01, Voltage} {0.01, Voltage} {0.01, Voltage} {0.01, NoUnit} {0.01, NoUnit} {0.01, NoUnit} {1, ActiveEnergy} {1, ApparentEnergy}

And the Values are :
05/02/2019 11:15:00.000
201
20 20 20 240 240 240 0.1 0.1 0.1 245700 246280

In above values, values of Current is 20 instead of 200 and power factor is 0.1 instead of 1(no unit)
-- No issue with voltage values

For example
from Traffic
12 07 D0 - R-Current is 2000 and downloaded value is 20 while scalar is 0.1, while it should be 200, same applies to POWER FACTOR.

Dear Balveer Singh,

Dear Balveer Singh,

If scaler is read before reading the value, the scaler is used to multiply the read value.

I have tried with downloading

I have tried with downloading the values before or after downloading the scalar, values doesn't change, even if i do not download the scalar, the values remain same, correct scalar is applied in voltage but incorrect with Current and PF

Hi,

Hi,
Can you read current scaler and unit and post trace here? I'll check what meter returns.

Mikko

Hello Sir,

Hello Sir,
Here is the response of the scalar what I'm getting from the meter

Command :
7E A0 19 03 41 10 2A BF E6 E6 00 C0 01 C1 00 07 01 00 5E 5B 07 FF 02 00 B0 15 7E
Response :
7E A0 5E 41 03 30 A6 19 E6 E7 00 C4 02 81 01 00 00 00 01 00 82 00 46 01 01 02 0B 02 02 0F FF 16 21 02 02 0F FF 16 21 02 02 0F FF 16 21 02 02 0F FE 16 23 02 02 0F FE 16 23 02 02 0F FE 16 23 02 02 0F FE 16 FF 02 02 0F FE 16 FF 02 02 0F FE 16 FF 02 02 0F 00 16 1E 02 02 0F 00 16 1F 38 CF 7E

Here the current scalar is:
02 02
0F FF 16 21
02 02
0F FF 16 21
02 02
0F FF 16 21

and i get Data values as response are as :
12 07 D0 - R-Current
12 07 D0 - Y-Current
12 07 D0 - B-Current

Hello Sir,

Hello Sir,

OK. You are using the Indian standard. IS 15959-2 and your meter don't support direct scaler request from the register. Your meter is using profile generic table to save scalers.

GXDLMSDirector doesn't support this at the moment. You need to update scalers by your self. I add this to the work list and we'll add support for Profile Generic scaler table on the future releases.

BR,

Mikko
