Could it be that the meter is in 62056-21 (IEC1107) mode?

P.S. The meter is reachable with the manufacturer specific software (Combimaster 2000).

Hi,

Are you using Moxa or some other TCP/IP to serial port converter?

There are two things what you can check.
1. Is port correct.
2. Change Start protocol from DLMS to IEC.

Port is correct.
IEC as start protocol doesn't have effect.

I can connect with the manufacturers specific software.

I just notes that you have change logical server to 10. Change it back to 0.

I changed Logical Server to 0, but the problem stays.

I just check that data what you are sending is correct.

You said that you can connect with the manufacturers specific software.
Can you get trace from send bytes? I can verify data.

I succeeded to connect to the meter. The problem was a modem setting (Variomod-XC gprs). I unchecked the Create 7E1 parity.

Hi,

I glad that this is solved. Actually, baud rate, parity, etc are causing a lot of problems and it's hard to find a reason.
