Hi,

I have installed DLMSDirector 8.0.1612.2003 and I try to connect to an gas meter by Meter Italia EG4.

It use DLMS protocol with GMAC security level. I have the official tool to test the meter by serial probe.

I have set the parameter in manufacturers to add the new equipment, and when try to connect I obtain this log:

Have you any idea? What can do to test and solve the problem?

Hi,

Your meter rejects the command. I believe that reason for this is that your
block chipher key or authentication key is not correct.

Also try to change server and client address to 1.

Hi,
Server and client address are to 1 and server physical to 16 (dec).
Block chipher and authentication key are the same that I'am using with another tool.
In detail I use the same key for both field like in the other tool.

Can I send to you the config print screen and gxc file? To what email address?
