Connection seems to succeed like it should be. You are sending right data to the meter.
So everything should be ok. Is this your meter?
Can you try to connect using Low authentication level? Default pw is 12345678.

I recently bought the same meter for a project, but I have exactly the same problem. We are using low authentication with the password you are saying. The problem occurs after authentication, authentication succeeds. When collecting objects it goes wrong.
I copied the values from SEP meterview. And that program is able to read the ISKRA device. If you want, I can send you the ip-address privately so you can test this yourself. The meter just ignores my call for objects. Not sure how to fix this. The SEP meterview program does not request all objects because the program already knows all objects. Do you know how to solve this? As said, I can give you the ip-address where you can connect the meter from.
