Compile errors DLMS.c | for DLMS smart meters

I got latest version DLMS.c but get compile errors in apdu.c:
identifier "afu" is undefined (row 1742)

identifier "DLMS_AFU_MISSING_CALLING_AUTHENTICATION_VALUE" is undefined (row 1742)

I think it beacuse i uncommented #define DLMS_IGNORE_SERVER.
