I am trying to find out how I can convert a STS token to a DLMS token.
Does GuruX help to do this in any way?
Any help or pointing me in the right direction would really be appreciated.

Sorry to say, but it's causing more work than just that. DLMS is a very complicated protocol and you need to do a service that implements DLMS meter reading application that you can call from AWS.
Download GXDLMSDirector and play with that. It will help you to understand DLMS meters.
