Try to connect first with GXDLMSDirector. Select "EMH Metering" as a manufacturer and select the correct serial port.
You can see the correct parameters when you connect with GXDLMSDirector.
Try to change the baud rate If the meter doesn't reply.
I believe that the reason is baud rate. It' something else than 9600. Our customers are usually reading EMH with TCP/IP and I can't remember the EMH default baud rate at the moment, but try e.g. 4800.
