Getting Different values of Load Survey, when read by date and Read all data

DLMSDirector

In Gurux Director Software, I have read all Load Survey Data from Meter and Store in my file, then I read data by date range, but When I get data by date range, their parameter values are different, and on comprasion with all data, it seems to be data is shifted by 11 days, means when I read data for 30-12-2018, I am getting readings of 10-1-2019, But datetime in data is of 30-12-2018.

So, I didn't get what's wrong in this.

I have attached screenshots but due to pixel limitation, Image is not properly visible.

Hi, All this information is…

Hi,

All this information is coming from the meter and it seems that there is an issue with your meter. You need to ask if there is a firmware update available for the meter that will fix this.

BR,
Mikko
