Add Device - Not displaying form inputs

Hello,

My app is running perfectly in a docker container except that my Add device page is not showing the form input. It's just a blank page.

How can this be resolved, please?

I have pulled the updated one. This is the error I'm getting

An unhandled exception occurred while processing the request.
InvalidOperationException: No signing credential is configured by the 'IdentityServer:Key' configuration section.

I pulled the latest image today, 4/4/2023, and run it.
I still can't see the Add Device form and when I try to add a device template, I get an error "Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'Array is empty.')"

Hi,

Do you have any data in your template? Can you share it so we can test with that? I just test this with clean database and the latest docker and it worked without problems.

The only data I'm using is
Name: Demo_template
Wait time: 5
Resend count: 3

Just want to see it work, then I will create a device, but even the Add Device is empty as I told you.

Hi,

Now I know what you have done. You have created a device template, but not selected the file that contains meter information.

Remove your device template. Then connect for your meter with GXDLMSDirector and save it. Then select that file and import it so device settings are updated.

DLMS meters are very different and without that information it's not possible to connect for the meter.

I created an issue that device template can't be added if device settings file is not selected.

Do you have any working template that you can share with me so I can try it from my end?
If it works, then I will try configuring my meter following the settings from your template.

I also get the error "Array is empty".

I tries in the ui, directly using api, and I also now get it when adding an agent.

Get the latest versions from the docker and agent and let me know if you have any problems.

Hi,

I created a new database and pull the latest docker version and it work as expected.
I used the same name and template as you did.

One fixed issue could however appear like this. If your user name was too long it caused problems and this is fixed for the latest version.

Can you pull the latest version and create the database again?
If you still get this error can you send the content of the system log to me?

SELECT * FROM GXSystemLog

This can be fixed as soon as this can be repeated. :-)

It has worked now, but when I came to running the agent. It said "fail: Gurux.DLMS.AMI.Agent.Program[0]
Access to the path 'C:\Windows\agent\settings.json' is denied."
