The NIK meter is not in the list of manufacturers, is it possible to add it yourself manually?

Can you please tell me where can I change the SNRM request length to 12 bytes?
Gurux send only 9 bytes.
In the native program, the request looks like this
7EA00A00000001219313D17E

Can you add your own standard?
The native program seems to add a few bytes to the requests.
