I have try gurux.DLMS.Meter.Listener.Net . I am using Holley DTSD545 with gprs modem using dynamic addressing. So I have faced some problem and I show it below picture. I think I change AARQ, then I will be pass that error. Because, Holley DTSD545S meter AARQ is:

Change client address to 0x11. Now it's 0x10. Change authentication level from None to Low. Password is "00000000".

Meter returns invalid reply. Check that you can connect directly to the meter with those settings.
Ask meter vendor if any optional commands need to send before connection.
